• Fellowship Administrator: 2023-2025

Carly Broady has been with the Brooke Owens Fellowship since July 2023 as Fellowship Administrator. She manages the Fellowship’s application and selection process, oversees donor and affiliate relations, supports volunteers and alumni officers, ensures nonprofit compliance and financial management, and directs executive team operations. Carly also designs and executes major initiatives and events, creating systems and processes that ensure the Fellowship runs smoothly and continues to grow.

Known for her proactive leadership, Carly helps to drive and execute organizational strategy while fostering an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing community for Fellows, alumni, and partners alike.

Before joining the Fellowship, Carly worked in sustainability consulting and has a background in policy and government. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she built her own major in Renewable Energy Policy and Sustainable Societies and minored in Leadership through the College Scholars Program.
